How do I book an appointment?

Go to the online booking

Select the Service  you want  Swedish Massage, Matrix Repatterning, Initial appointment) 

Select the length of appointment.  

Select a Date and Time

Click Continue

You will be required to add a credit card pay to reserve your appointment time. 

Click Proceed to Book


Why do I have to give a credit card when booking online if I have extended health care coverage?

A credit card is required to secure your booking. The card will not be charged, but will remain on file in the event of a no show appointment, for copays and incidentals.

Is Massage Therapy covered by my extended health benefits?

Massage can be covered by your extended health care benefits, you will need to check your plan or call your provider to confirm that it is covered.



Can you direct bill my insurance company?

Direct billings to most major extended insurance companies are accepted. However occasionally some plans may require payment up front. I accept cash, debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card.

Will my insurance cover my entire visit?

When direct billing, I cannot preview individual plan information, check remaining annual insurance balances or if you require a prescription for claim approval.

Do I need a physician referral?

Prescriptions are not required for massage therapy- HOWEVER your insurer may require one before reimbursement. Its best to check before your appointment.

I'm Sick. What should I do?

Please cancel your appointment.

If you are sick, manual therapy is not going to make you feel better and could potentially make you feel worse. I know it can be frustrating to miss your appointment. Allow your body the time it needs to heal and rest. Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies in the event of illness or emergency.

What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?

24 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. As a courtesy, you will get a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. All changes, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment or simply not showing up, will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance is paid.

How Do I Reschedule Appointments?

You may need to reschedule your appointment.

Click on Menu in the Footer (or Appointments in the sidebar)

Click on Appointments

Click on the Appointment you want to Reschedule

Click on Cancel Appointment

Click on Home

Select the Service you want to book

How Do I Cancel an Appointment?

You can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.


Log in to your Account

Click on Appointments in the Sidebar, or click on Menu in the Footer and then on Appointments

Under Upcoming Appointments, click on the Appointment

Click Cancel

How do I book an appointment for another family member?

If you would like to book for a family member, for example, you will first need to ask the clinic to add your User Account to the family member's profile in their clinic. Once you are added to their profile, you will be able to manage their appointments.

Log in to your account

Click on your Initials in the sidebar or your Initials in the Footer

Click on the Person's Name you would like to book an appointment

What should I wear to a Matrix Repatterning or Somatic Touch Therapy session?

Please wear loose fitting clothing that you’ll feel comfortable moving around in and avoid tight pants or skirts/dresses. Treatment is delivered fully clothed and it is important that you are comfortable throughout the session.

You will be taking your shoes off, therefore ensure that you are wearing socks, or plan to bring a pair of socks with you.

Note, you can change at the clinic if you are not able to wear loose fitting clothing to and from your appointment.

How Do I Add Myself to a Waitlist?

Log in to your account

Click on Waitlist in the sidebar or Waitlist in the Footer

Complete the Waitlist Form

How do I rebook an appointment?

You may want to reschedule the same service you booked the last time. 


Log in to your account

Click on Appointments in the Sidebar, or click on Menu in the Footer and then on Appointments 

Under Past Appointments, click on the Appointment 

Click Rebook 

Is your space accessible for people with mobility limitations?

No unfortunately the clinic is not accessible for people using a wheelchair. For individuals using mobility aids ( crutches, walker, cane, prosthesis etc...) please know there are stairs to navigate to enter the clinic and the doors are standards width openings. 

Do you accept WSIB or MVA claims?

Not at this time. 

How Do I Update My Password?

Log in to your Account

Click on your Initials in the Sidebar, or your Initials in the Footer

Click View Account

Click Change Password

Enter the Current Password

Enter New Password

Click Submit

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. If you keep trying an incorrect password, you will be temporarily locked out of your account. If you continue to try the incorrect password, you will eventually be locked out of your account.


Go to the Login page

Enter your Email

Click Forgot Password

How Do I Update or Add a Credit Card?

It is very simple to update or add a credit card.

Log in to your Account

Click on your Initials in the sidebar or your Initials in the Footer

Click View Account

Click Add New Card and then follow the steps
